Luigi Marino

Luigi is a Strength and Conditioning Coach working in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has been involved with sports and physical preparation for more than 20 years. He graduated in Physical Education in 1999 and got graduate studies in Exercise Physiology and Sports Sciences in the years following college.

Professionally Luigi has worked in Sao Paulo as a Performance Manager for all the academy teams of first division soccer club Palmeiras and is currently responsible for Physical Preparation of Olympic Level Swimmers including the world champions Nicholas Santos and Andrii Govorov.

In the field of education Luigi lectured as performance specialist for EXOS for 5 years delivering mentorships and workshops across Brazil and Portugal and in 2014 he started an education company called Elite Training. Elite Training soon became the number one in selling and providing education for S&C and Sport Coaches in Brazil and Portugal through its annual International Conference and more recently partnering up with Mike Young’s Athletic Lab to create a 3 phase immersive mentorship.
