If you train athletes or clients in a park setting with the pull-ups bars available to you, then the gym rings offer great portability and enhance your exercise prescription tool box!  Any place you have a Rig or bars, be it a CF box or any gym, you can benefit from the inclusion of gym ring exercise variations.

The pack contains the heavy duty rings, the webbing and adjustable cam buckle and a small velcro sleeve for helping to keep the webbing stable during set-up and exercises.
