Who doesn’t!  Well you won’t get it milking ducks or just doing sit-ups!

There are three postures for abdominal exercises – floor-based (lying, bridging), hanging and standing/kneeling.  Are you doing hanging abdominal exercises?
You really need to do some hanging ab exercises for total ab strength – hanging reverse crunch, diagonal reverse crunch, side bends and windscreen wipers/rainbows are just a few!

We now offer two different AB slings.

Choose your AB sling based upon the bars you are going to hang them from and the athletes who will be using them.


This Economy version costs only $30.  It is the most portable and versatile.  Drape them over a chin bar, choke them on and you are ready to go as in the photos above.  Stronger, fitter athletes are more challenged by this version.

The Heavy Duty version on the right cost $45. They are more suited to heavier athletes or athletes less strong per kg of body mass.  They are less portable and require neutral grip bars to slip over or you will need to purchase some large carabiner clips.  But the extra padding is more comfortable!
