Dan Baker deadlifting 220 kg x 5 reps

Deadlifting 220 kg x 5, my body was a bit flat and I made a technical error on the 2nd & 3rd reps when I let the bar bounce out from me and I didn’t drag it back close to my shins.  Consequently I lifted those reps with my shins to angled and my upper back rounds over a bit to much.  Technical glitches always happen when you lift very heavy or max effort, so it is good to have a coach or good training partners or video yourself (not the best option as the feedback is not immediate).
