We have introduced own “Hanging Gym Handles” to allow athletes to do suspended body-weight exercises training so that they won’t have take out a second mortage to purchase some of the other brands floating around.
We stock two versions, an adult version with thicker, sturdier handles and black webbing and the Child version with triangular “Childrens Playground” handles and red webbing.

You just drape them over a bar or beam, pull them tight to choke them on, adjust the cam buckle to the appropriate length and away you go. Each set comes with instructions for use and exercise demonstrations to get you started.
They are an essential training tool for shoulder stability (try doing hovers, push-ups, dips or chin-ups with them). If you travel and want to train, then all you need is to take these and some bands and you don’t have to worry about finding a decent gym or forking out huge sums of cash for a casual visit.
