Just how do you accurately determine how much weight to lift in many different exercises when you are an  inexperienced athlete or as a coach, when you have lots of inexperienced athletes to train?  I use this Table 3, along with the %1RM contained in programs 1 and 2.  Basically use the %’s that are already contained in each program to determine your bench pressing, squatting and Romanian deadlift weights for each workout.  Then go to Table 3 and determine what % of this weight you would use for the supplementary exercises.  For example, DB bench presses are done with 33% of the bench press training weight in that week (for the same amount of reps).  So if you bench press 60 kg for 12 reps, you DB bench press 20 kg for 12 reps.  The easy method for determining training weights.  Download this Table 3 for free!
